CIRCUIT COURT - DUBLIN CIRCUIT

I, Patricia Ryan, President of the Circuit Court, in pursuance of the powers vested in me by Section 10 of the Courts of Justice Act 1947, and by other powers conferred on me, and having consulted the permanent Judges of the Dublin Circuit, do hereby Order the following:

1. That a special sitting of Dublin Circuit Court shall be held on Monday 20^th September 2021 and shall continue for as long as it takes to deal with criminal and other business returned for Dublin.
2. That this Order shall be published as soon as possible on www.courts.ie
